Hello all: I am still searching for Silas S. Gifford born 12-23-1852/53 in OH. Married a Mary Jane Williams from Indiana in 1876. Moved to TN just before 1900. Silas died in Dyer Co., TN in 1921. All obvious ways of searching have ended up dry. My only hope is a family connection. They had the following children: Scott Burdette, Will, John, Charlie, Oscar, McKinley, Isaac and Cecil Beulah. Have a suspicion that his father may have been Silas Devol Gifford, but absolutely no proof. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Betsy in TN
