Hello, fellow Listers, I hope the new year is finding all of you well and prosperous. I have been hearing a lot of controversy about the use of a "Roll Call" on the list. Personally I think it is a big help to those newest members of our list, who may not have seen previous calls. I am asking for your opinions on this now. Please e-mail me privately and let me know if you are interested in continuing this practice periodically - say every 6 months or so. Also, we would limit the time for the "Roll Call" to only two weeks and require that everyone participating, put "Roll Call" in the subject line, so that those of us who are not interested may delete them without having to open the file. Let me know what you think (YAY or NAY) and I will tally the vote and get back with you. Please send me your comments by Feb. 10th. Thanks!
