I'm hoping someone from Ephraim Gibson (m. 1737 Joanna Wood in Ipswich, MA) and someone from Deacon John Gibson (1690?-1759 Scotland to CT) will help me here. I have both lines in my tree and nary a male Gibson in sight! Thanks! ---Robin M

    3. Are there any Gibsons from Westlake, Louisiana or Nacogdoches, Texas or Monroe, Louisiana? George Hebel Gibson married Gertrude Estelle Rich Born about 1901 in Arkansas. 1930 they lived in Lake Charles, La 1936 they lived in Nacogdoches, Texas. George had an auto body shop. 1980 George had his funeral in Monroe, La. George's brother's name is Hubert Cameron "Blue" Lewis Gibson His mother's maiden name must have been Blue. No other info.......please help me research. On the 1930 U.S. Census - George lists his parents as being from Hamburg, Germany and himself as being born in the United States. I am reaching dead-ends with this research. Please help me find something. I can't even locate the correct funeral home or grave site for George. I'm his granddaughter.
