    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: WFields0223 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.gibson/5676.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: On the Missouri State Archives Death Certificate database at http://sos.mo.gov there is a death certificate for a Henry H. Gibson, born Sept 4, 1885 in Kansas City, MO, son of Howard Gibson & Ida Beggs, and spouse named Gladys, who was also the informant. He died May 8, 1956 in Kansas City, his usual residence being Marshfield, Webster Co MO. He was a retired firefighter from the Kansas City Fire Dept. Sometimes names are switched and a peron may go by either name. This may not be your Harry Henry, but thought I would at least let you know of this possibility. Censuses may vary from year to year on birthplaces, depending on who the informant was on that census year, and one also needs to search using soundex, sometimes just the first or midlle names---trying all sorts of ways to search, as well as the actual spelling. You should be able to find him in 1900, possibly in the Kansas City area. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
