Apr. 1865), married Mary Jane Ervin (Erwin) 23 Dec 1886 in Burke County, NC. They were living in Guilford County, NC in 1900 and in Henry County, VA in 1910. It looks like Christopher is back in Guilford County, NC in 1920 and widowed with no mention of children. They had 10 children, 6 surving-Claudia, John, Victor, Sallie, Eugene, and Sly.
