YES!!!! My husbands grandfather James Sherman Gibson was born,1914 in Illinois. (Galesburg, Knox, IL I think! At least thats where he is in the 1920 census.) The _/*only*/_ thing I can find on him is thru the 1920/1930 census. It says his parents are John C. Gibson (of WV) & Rachel Jeanette Campbell (of Galesburg, Il). I am assuming that her children were born in Galesburg also....because I have that she died there on January 22, 1946. Does this set off any bells???
