C. Lilly presiding has just closed. Among those convicted of crimes were Eli, Hiram and Finley Collins, three brothers, and Hiram Boner, who were sentenced to the penitentiary for life for the murder of Halley Gibson, a boy only fifteen years old. Breathitt County News Feb 3, 1905 John and Mitchell Parker, brothers, were arrested Thursday by Green Patrick, near Salyersville, on the charge of killing Garfield Gibson at Carter City, Ky.
