Archibald, James, Jesse, George, Millie, Mary and Catherine were born between 1770-1785 (estimated thru census records). I have not been able to learn who their parents are. They were all born in Virginia, so I surmise that their father may also have been born in Virginia. I do not even know that he was a patriot. Given the birth time frame of his children, I surmise that he was at least 20 yrs of age when his first child was born thus being of age to have served. I had hoped that someone who descends from any of the mentioned Gibsons could, at least piont me in the right direction.
