Wilma, Do you have Kate and the boys in the census? If so, where are they in 1850 and 1860? Checked with the 1820 Scott Co. Thank you Karen for your response, I would like to know more about the two John Gibsons listed. It seems back then they always named their first child after their father or husbands father. I don't believe Kate was ever married. so these two John's could possible some relation to her. I wish they had let their wife and childrens names be in the census in stead of just saying so many females under 12 or males under 20. It sure does make it hard on all of us trying to research. I am at a big brick wall.
