The Stephen D Gibson and Dabney & Harriett are not names I am familiar with. There was a James Gibson, no relation to Larkin Gibson family, and we always referred to him as Scotch Jimmy. I am wondering if perhaps the Stephen, etc are related to him, not our line. Scotch Jimmys daughter Lily Gibson married Irvin Gibson (Larkins Grandson), so the families are connected through marriage by this couple.. My great grandfather John Calvin Gibson was the son of Larkin Gibson. Would be interested if you have any other replys regarding your message. Good luck. Phyllis
