I have written more letters in the 8 or so years since I learned how to use the computer than in the previous 69 (give or take a few for learning to read and write.) This is one of the things I object to when I see videos telling me how to do something. I need to see it written down step by step. My husband was in large frame computers for 30 years before retiring. Even he has difficulty following instructions over the telephone.
