I have no solution. I have never had this problem before. I am interested in what they have to say, just not so many replies. Maybe if I wasn't so tired and trying to search through all these emails for information and letters from family and friends it would be different. Sounds like several got very nasty which is a shame. Take care and I will try to be more kind. Judy Hill
