Hi Della, Have you recently checked The Hamburg Passenger Database? The database if free to search for names and dates, however if you find a name they then ask if you'd like to purchase the "full" document. That will be your choice. Not all names may be found there. The terms and conditions explain their database. The database does not contain all passenger lists..." by W.S. Mller Good luck! Kathleen __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Hi everyone, Link to your roots has currently only transcribed the years 1890 to 1912, and online available are – to my knowledge – only the years 1890 through 1910. They have changed their search functions: previously one was able to search for names by departure year. This function was discontinued some time earlier this year. If you enter a name you will get a listing of anyone who left with that name during the above mentioned time frame. The dates of the departures will not be displayed unless you register and pay for the information.
