Now that I have deleted 180+ GPL messages asking for maps perhaps it is safe to ask our readers/respondents to pleeease, put the Names of the persons you're researching where they belong, namely on the Subject line. It's so frustrating having to open each and every message to determine what it's all about. And remember to snip off the previous message(s)! Another contrary view on cleaning up the replies -- I'm always frustrated when I read a message that is obviously a reply to something previously sent, and I have no idea what it refers to. I think it's good to leave some of the previous email IF it applies to the subject of your email. Just a couple of days ago I found myself scrolling back through the attached emails to help someone with a question. I wouldn't have had the info I needed without the previous messages.
