Can you please explain to me just how you were able to obtain the information re your 5x great-grandfather's homestead in Berks Co, PA for the years 1742-95. I have a 4x great-grandfather Jacob BAKER (possibly BECHER) 1770-1846 whose ancestry/nativity escapes me although I believe he may have been born in PA in 1770. He was of German heritage.
