It is probably your mail server that is blocking incoming mail. If you changed something in your mail options lately, it may have caused it. Go in to your options and try unlocking your spam blocker to see if that helps, or send an email to your mail server and see if they can help. I'm sure there is someone out there that could give you better advice. I just know that it happened to me from changing my screen color and once from having my Spam blocker on. I also had a problem once from a screensaver. Try to think of something you recently changed and change it back.
