I am looking for details on my Grandmother ANNA EMILIE MAIDORN - she came from Mittenwald Germany - whether she was born there I don't know. I guess she was born 1885/1887 and that she went to South Africa (Port Elizabeth) where she married William Henry Quirk on: 8.8.1905. I wish to know her exact birthdate and place of birth - also I am curious as to why and how these young girls went to South Africa. Grandson
