    3. Would like info on the "Mayflower". My grandfather immigrated to the U.S. in 1846 on this sailing vessel. Can anyone provide details on this sailing vessel, i.e length weight, etc. passenger capacity, picture etc..Any info will be most appreciated.

Then enter Mayflower as your ship search term. The years 1845 - 1847 may be earlier than their archived records. If so, check records at www.theshipslist.com Good luck!
