    2. I have over 40 new messages tonight from the German passenger list. Am I not mistaken but don't we have a database where all names are listed? I filled out the forms. If anyone has a surname just key it in. Why are we doing individual names like this? Am I missing something? 3. I didn't want to be the first to upset the apple cart but I must agree that this listing of surnames has gone too far. To me it's like going thru the telephone book. It's like Wolf said, no one on the list will save this info, I know I don't and have deleted each and every one of them. There are places at Rootsweb and Genforum and of course on our own GPL site where surnames can be added to a data base. I thought that this site is for people who are looking for passenger lists. 3. I agree - I am getting way to many emails that do not apply to me. Barb ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ursula B. 3. Maybe there are new people who don't know. I've been here a while and didn't know. How do you find this information? The only thing I've ever seen are these messages by e-mail. I don't know much about computers. I don't even know what you mean by key it in. 3.     Hi Judy, I just added my surnames to the list because I did not know of a "data base" that I could go direct to. I belong to over 30 sites where a "surname" list comes up so others can see if they can help.
