My research stems from Great Great Great Grandmother Sarah Bandy (nee Parkes) who went to Singapore in 1861 with 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Maria. Elizaabeth married Carl Habekost, a sea captain running coastal steamers between Singapore and surrounds. There childen are as follows. Carl MAtthew b 1868, married Jessie Booth Altha Maria b 1869, m Johannes Deidrich Reese. Chowfa Louisa b 1871, ma Peter Murphy Lucy Elizabeth Henrietta b 1872, m Emil Durler Elenore b 1874 Henry John William b 1875, m Constance Madeline John Julius Gloria b 1877 Jenneth Amelia Theresa b 1880, m Arthur Coulcher Regina Johannah Luisa b 1880, m Chalres Harold Darke.
