I am sure that there are various laws regulating cremation and remains from the process. Years ago I was coming from Delaware to NJ on the ferry that crosses the BAY. We stopped half-way and it was announced over the PA system that a persons remains were being buried. This was my first experience. This bay flows into the Atlantic Ocean. I have a close friend whose husband, and his parents were cremated and their remains put into a waterway in upper NY State. It is in her will for the same thing for her. Bill Fehlinger - New Jersey
