Hello Kathy: I found info on great grand mother Catherina Gruss coming over with a daughter and future son in law....in 1860's....George Sebastian Gruss being the oldest son.....and my descendant. As for the Brueggemenn side of the family....that would be my grand mother was Emma Louise Brueggerman, daughter of Fritz and Louise Brueggemann.....I have some info on the Brueggemann side....will have to look it up at present......but I have a Brueggemann cousin....that lives in California that may have much more info on the family and will forward you email to him ....that is if you do not mind...
