The actual name of the ship is "Weser", probably names after the German river "Weser". He says that the ship was named something like "Damfa Weeser", and several people confirmed me that they went from germany (exact port unknown) to rio de janeiro, in 1923. So, to recapitulate: Ship: Damfa Weeser (?), trip: 1923, from germany to Rio de Janeiro Passengers: Franz Strube, wife Marta Marie Strube (maiden name Otto) son Otto Strube (born may 1914), son Werner Strube (a bit older), All born in Neundorf, which today is Staßfurt, county Bernburg, Saxony-Anhalt.
