    3. Hello Sue, sorry about your problems ! :-( I just tried it myself again and had no problems.. There must be something within YOUR computer.. Just click on "Deutschland" ( no need for right-clicking) and then the file will be downloaded to your computer.. Maybe some setting within your computer doesn't allow this .. Please try it again and let me know if you still have problems.. Nobody else seems to have them.. Good luck, Wolf > I tried right clicking and chose 'open in new window' and it went on and on > opening new tabs. 3. Well, I tried it again and it did the same thing. I tried to right click and save the file, but 'save the file' was not an option. Then my husband said to try it on his computer where he has Internet Explorer. While we couldn't get it to work with Openoffice software which is his default we finally could save it and then open it with Power Point software. The he emailed the file to me and I was able to see it using the Microsoft Power Point software. It was complicated and I may not try it again. I think I'll update my Firefox to 4.0 to see if that fixes things. I did like seeing a picture of Bautzen, the home town of many of my ancestors. I've been keeping the ladies at St. Petri Kirche busy making transcripts for me. Sorry for being a bother.
