Hello Sue, I was wondering if you have the newest version of Microsoft Power Point. If so, that may be your trouble. I had problems with earlier versions of Power Point documents on the new version. If not, you might try clicking on "Deutschland" and when it asks if it should run or save the program, try save, and note where the file is. Then run it from the file on your computer instead of running it online. Can't hurt! I hope you are able to work this out. It is a very beautiful presentation! Gene Eugene M.
