I don't think anyone can actually narrow this down for you beyond what you can find yourself online or by taking a look at *Germans to America* (probably at your nearest LDS library). If you'd like to take a look at a special "German Departures" page at the International Ship Transcribers Guild , the URL is <http://www.immigrantships.net/bremenproj/bremenproject .html>. To search for individual names, go to <http://www.immigrantships.net/> and click on PASSENGER LISTS on the left side of the page. Roam around the website a bit and find out how it works. At present, you have to search each "Volume" individually to search for a name, date or ship. However, the ISTG website is undergoing some significant changes and apparently intend to have the site searchable by the middle of next month. Good luck. ==================== Mary Thiele Fobian Independent Writer/Editor
