    1. Re: [GERMANS-WI] New to German list - Researching LOTS of surnames
    2. Hi Cammie, Welcome to the list. This might be of a little help to you. Norman, Wisconsin was in the area of Algoma, Kewaunee, Two Rivers, Mishicot, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. It was located in Carlton Township, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. I went to ask Jeeves and put in Where can I find "Norman, Wisconsin"? (Use the quotes or else you will get every website with any mention of Norman, in the results. Several things came up but the most interesting and pertinent was "Genealogy Date Page 45 - Notes Pages. The time frame probably does not include your ancestors. When the page comes up go to the Edit button on the taskbar - click on it and take the Find (on this page). A little box will come up and enter Norman and it will come up with some information from their notes - giving you at least something to start with. As far as I know, the church records, at least for the Milwaukee Archdiocese are on microfilm and available for review through LDS. Norman would be in the Green Bay Diocese - I think they are also available, but I am not positive. Again welcome, and happy hunting.
