    3. Cindy, Regarding interlibrary loan generally, Wisconsin and Minnesota have a reciprocal agreement. However, it is Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) policy not to interlibrary loan genealogically-related materials from their collection. What you may try doing is, from your local library, requesting photocopies of relevant pages from the book, e.g., a title page to verify the identity of the document you are having searched, the table of contents to verify that you understand the format of the work, and finally--presuming this work is principally arranged alphabetically by name--photocopies of entries for specific surnames. We will attempt genealogical ILL requests for patrons who come to our library if they are so specified. Good luck!
