Does anyone have access to this publication? The full title is "Immigrants to America from the Prussian Province, Pomerania (Pommern), Germany, 1853-1854" by Maralyn Wellauer. It was published in 1985 by Roots International. I found Johann Laack, a possible anscestor, in FTM CD #354 (Immigration and Passenger Lists Index) that lists this pamphlet as the source. I'd like to find out what additional information, if any, this pamphlet has about this man and his family. I've done online searches of as many of my local libraries as possible, and the closest library that has this particular title of Ms Wellauer's is in Madison in the Historical Society Library's Pamphlet Collection. I live in Minnesota, and I don't think that interlibrary loan crosses state lines. If someone has this pamphlet in their personal library, or can go the WSHS library and can see what it consists of, I'd be very grateful. Or the condensed version--Can someone do a lookup for me in this pamphlet? Hope everyone's Independence Day was great.
