HAAS Frank J. Haas, 89, of Beaver Dam, died on Friday, Feb. 21, 2003. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam, with closing services from the Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Donald Braun will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Mr. Haas was born on Feb. 8, 1914, in the town of Beaver Dam, Dodge County, the son of Frank and Anna (Kaiser) Haas. He was married to Grace Hammer on Nov. 21, 1945, at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Mr. Haas was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church for many years. He farmed in the Beaver Dam area for over 40 years, and worked at Monarch Range Co. for over 10 years. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1974; one daughter, Joanne Hatton in 1987; three brothers, Leo, Raymond and Francis Haas; and three sisters, Adela Budde, Emma Haas and Eleanor Thelen. Friends may call on Sunday, Feb. 23, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Murray Community F! uneral Home, Beaver Dam, and on Monday, Feb. 24, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. There will be no visitation at the church. The Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, is serving the family. === I am not related
