TROTZ RANDOLPH - Verona Amalia Trotz, 98, of 137 Ellis Avenue, Randolph, died on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2003. The funeral will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 1 p.m., at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam. The Rev. Kurtis Mau will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam. Verona was born on Oct. 11, 1904, in Randolph, the daughter of Otto and Emma (Lueck) Affeldt. She was brought to her Lord in Holy Baptism in Frieden's Ev. Lutheran Church, Randolph, on Nov. 13, 1904. She was confirmed in Frieden's Ev. Lutheran Church on March 24, 1918. She grew up and attended public school in Randolph. On March 6, 1926, she married Alfred Trotz. After their marriage, they resided in Friesland, where they operated a general store. Visitation will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam. The Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, is serving the family. === I am not related
