Dear Marcie, I've been in contact with others who are from your line. At this time, I don't know the connection but I'm pretty sure there is one back in Germany. The town that your Hilker line came from is close to where my Hilker line is from. Once we know more about the Hilker family in Germany, we should know the connection. Carol
