In the village of Curtiss, there are Prib er now's and Pribb er now's. The difference being the spelling....addition of "er" in the middle. In that particular area (Township Colby and Township Mayville), according to early plat maps, there are also surnames with the "er." If you want the site address, get back to me. Born 1825 in Pommerania and died 1910 in Dodge Co. Her obit. says she came to America in 1845 with her mother and brothers and sisters. They first settled in the Milwaukee area.
