As many know on other rootsweb query/message boards know, I am a volunteer for one day at week at historic Forest Home Cemetery of Milwaukee. I also do quite a bit of reading into Milwaukee (City & County) history having read over 25 volumes of history todate (some large, some small). You do not mention any given names for your LUICK family. Here are some of the names with that surname I find: Wm. G. Bruce in his 3rd of 3 volumes has a family history with these names: Marguerite (Mrs. Roman A. Drodesser, Maria Anna (Mrs. Peter Hirschbeoeck), Catherine, Mrs. John nee Monica Adler, John, Mrs. William F. nee Clara B. Bangs, Ida E. John Jr., Jr., William Ferdinand, Adolph J., Mrs. John (ii) nee Elizabeth Hoff, Jacob, Henry C., George F. Jr., Frank X, Mrs. Jacob nee Elisabeth, & Edna. The Scrapbooks of Forest Home Cemetery has mentioned mr. & Mrs. William (Clara Bang). John G. Gregory in his 1st of 4 volumes has William F. Western Historical Publishing Co.'s of 1881 has Joachim F. In regards to the Traub surname I only find: The Traub family in the Scrapbooks Mrs. Moritz H. nee Tillie Schlungbaum, M. H., Moritz H., Hugo, J.B., and Carl in Bruce's 1st & 2nd volumes. I have not had a chance to check the burial records of the cemetery which was founded in 1850 but will do so Friday if yoiu so desire. I do not charge anything for looking this information up. The only cost would be a $1.00 fee to the cemetery should you desire anything photocopied and mailed to you: this, of couirse, would cover photocopying costs, paper, envelope and postage charges. All of the above volumes of history are located in the private library of the cemetery and are not open to the public because of their fragile state. Some of the others are not at the cemetery butare ones I checked out of the Brookfield Public Library. I give all of the above information so that others on this message board who would want information searched by me in these sources will be aware of my willingness to do so. Bob of Brookfield
