Here is my Krueger line: Frank Robert Krueger b. 22 May 1875 in Pomerania, Germany d. 9 Sep 1951 in Appleton, Outagamie Co, WI. Father may have been named Julius and mother may have been Charlotte and Julius' father may have been named John. Two brothers: Paul and William who were still living in Germany in 1951. Frank married Rose Amelia Zick on 30 Jun 1903. Rose was b. 15 Feb 1875 in Forest Junction, WI and d. 9 Sep 1961 in Appleton, Outagamie, WI. I have Rose's family goin back two more generations. Frank and Rose had 5 children: Ruth M., Norma K., Wilmer Alfred (my grandfather), Rosella "Sally", and Mildred. In addition, they had a foster daughter Mary. Frank immigrated in 1901 and was a cabinetmaker for the Graph Manufacturing Company and a members if the Methodist Episcopal Church in Appleton, WI. Served in te German Army before immigration. The "she" is referring to you :-) ---- I did have Frank entered, but only had his wife as Rose, and only had Wilmer's info, so she is helping me also. Went into Ellis Island and found a Franz Kroeger who came over in 1901, gave his age as 18, was a U.S. citizen, had been born here, and his parents lived in New York at 1066 3rd Ave. He arrived on 31 Oct. on the Kaiserin Maria Theresia from Bremen, Germany. Very interesting - as Forest Junction is the area where many of the Kruegers I've searched lived. I have been trying to find a Julius Krueger also (born about 1840). He was listed as the son of Carl, my great-great grandfather on the passenger list. But I could never find him in any area around here. So I will keep looking.
