Hi Laura, Thanks for looking . Quite possible GG Grandpa Henry ROAK / ROKE and family headed for Grundy Co. Morris ILL by 1863. Henry's children were all young during the Civil War. Fred was b. 1849 Charles b.March , 1850 /51 William b. 1855 and young Henry b. 1856/ 57 . Depending on what census or document you believe. I also looked to see if any other member of the family may have fought in the War , but found nothing . Henry was a Coal Miner along with his Sons . The boys later Owned and operated Saloons and remained in that field , as far as I have found . Thanks again for your help and suggestions , they are definitely appreciated.
