As always, you must have an open mind with respect to the spelling. Remember that in German B and P, F and V, W and V can be used interchangeably. There are several names that I recognize from Washington, Clinton and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. There are also a couple of Madison County names in here. Good luck in your searches. Gloria
