    3. Hi Everyone! Is there anyone out there who knows anything about the Prussian military? My gg-grandfather, Theodore Becker was a member of the 11th Husarens, Reg. #6. I have his military pipe and it says Dusseldorf 1853 which would have made him 24 years of age. I took the pipe to a military show and they said the man on the horse was my grandfather. His uniform was green with orange trim. On the pipe he was after men who were in blue uniforms with the spike helmets. He sold his commission and came to America sometime between 1863 to 1866. He lived in St. Louis until his death from an industrial accident in 1881. He was only 50. He is buried in Calvary Cemetery. Any information is greatly appreciated.
