    3. Lately I have been writing (on another list) a Herman Oberman from Germany but living in the Netherlands. When he goes to Germany, he has looked for some of my Reisse records. Tonight he wrote saying that his line was in MO too, and if I knew of any he would be interested.     3. Hi, Ginny, I have Oppermann from Braunschweig (Vechta - Peine) early 1800's. Please, ask Herman if he is aware of any spelling variations from which Oberman may have been derived. Long shot, I know, but I am getting desperate to find siblings and ancestors of Great Great Grandmother.
