Why don't you try contacting the local unions in St. Louis who fabricated the iron - Local 396 is an outside local, putting up the iron for bridges and buildings. I believe Local 518 is the shopmen's local, who fabricate the iron such as fences you are talking about. The HQ is: International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, www.ironworkers.org Ask which is the shopmen's local in St. Louis.
