I found a William WEITZ in the 1909 St. Louis City Directory: Weitz William trav 607, 421 Olive r. 2618 Park av. The 1910 directory was not available to me, and he was not found in the 1911 directory. I don't know what "trav 607" means, occupation I would guess and located at 421 Olive.
