Olive is an East/West directional street so having a N. Olive would be kind of odd. Though there is a North Market in St. Louis but it is completely different street from Market. (ie: not like North and South Broadway) Olive is a fairly long street starting downtown and going almost all the way to Kingshighway Blvd. That would be about 49 blocks long. Hope this helps.
