Hi Derek, that is entirely possible. I think U will find that the spelling with "h" occurs exclusively [as far as the St.Pete records go ] as it pertains to Volhynia, where "Arnold" is also present. On the rest of the records... including NEUSATZ only "Arnold" shows. See http://www.odessa3.org/search.html and search for either "Arno*" or "Arnh*" Keep in mind that these are by and large "Lutheran" records.
