    3. As i research the OTTMARs, can anyone tell me whose son Richard is who is the husband of Mary nee Jeske in the obit below: Any other OTTMAR researchers out there? Ottmar, 94, lifelong Grant County resident and pioneer family member, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation Center in Moses Lake. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday December 12, 2003 at Pioneer Memorial Gardens in Moses Lake with Pastor Don Reese officiating. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake. Friends may call at the funeral home for viewing on Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. Mary was born December 21, 1908 in Warden, Washington to Chris and Carolina (Horning) Jeske. As a young woman, Mary worked in the Warden Post Office. In 1929, she married Richard Ottmar. They lived in Moses Lake, as Richard had several service stations. They decided to try farming in 1939 which they did until 1962 when they moved into town to semi-retire. Mary worked for several years at Mederith Variety Store in Vista Village. Her Hobbies were family, gardening, knitting, crocheting and playing pinochle with friends. She is survived by: one son and daughter-in-law, Harvey and June Ottmar; one daughter, Elma Swanson; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 1970, her parents, five Brothers and one sister.
