Greeley Tribune Greeley, Colorado 01-03-02 Phillip Estrick Phillip Estrick, 88, of greeley died Tuesday, Jan. 1, at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born April 13, 1913, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Jacob and Anna (Dinkelacker) Estrick. On Feb. 23, 1938, he married Ruth Sitzman in Greeley. Mr. Estrick immigrated to the United States when he was 8 months old. He attended schools in the Greeley area. He worked for Monfort Feedlots for five years, then farmed east of Greeley for 15 years. He worked for Harsh Hydraulics for 17 years before retiring in 1979. Mr. Estrick enjoyed bowling and playing golf with the seniors until his health failed. He was a member of the Senior Golfer’s Association and two bowling leagues. He was also active in the Farm Bureau. Survivors are his wife, Ruth Estrick; a daughter, Phyllis Alles; and a son, Jack Estrick, all of Greeley; give grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. His parents, a sister and four brothers and a grandson are deceased. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Allnutt Funeral Service Macy Chapel. Interment will be in Linn Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at the Macy Chapel.
