Lori, I had the same problem!!! After going to sleep and waking up it seemed like my PS nightmare had come true... So I made a coffee and tried again! Using http://www.rheinpfalz.de/ : in the center of the menu at the top, select "Service" and don't wait to long, but pick "Routenplanner" I think THAT should help! Sorry about that!
