Streeter, N.D. - Walter Rall, 74, of Streeter and formerly of Forbes, N.D., died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at the Central Dakota Village in Jamestown, N.D. Burial will be in the Ellendale Cemetery in Ellendale, N.D. Walter Rall was born Aug. 29, 1927, to Fred and Elizabeth (Schweigert) Rall near Forbes. He received his elementary education at the local rural school and he grew up in the Forbes area. He helped on the family farm. In 1953, he took over the farm and operated it until 1967. He moved to Streeter and in 1969 started driving the Streeter School bus. He drove until 1986 when he semi-retired. He continued to reside in Streeter. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Streeter. Survivors include many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Compiled by Dave Vilhauer and Stefanie Rossow
