Bernard and Tammy Weigel of Apple Valley, Minn., are the parents of a baby boy. Jacob Lee Weigel was born Sept. 17. He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 21 inches long. Grandparents are Albert and Patty Brendel, and Ben and Katie Weigel, all of Napoleon. Great-grandparents are Barbara Brendel of Napoleon and Andy and Helen Gross of Butte, Mont.
