Searching for any information on Christoph Hinz b. 1928 and wife, Johanne Freitag b. 1937. Their children's bibles say "near Danzig". They immigrated from the Black Sea area in 1874, according to ship records. They were probably Lutheran. Records say their second child, Auguste, was born in the Mennonite village of Alexanderwohl.
