Barb, You are correct ...Was looking at this document when looking at the William Morgan connection to the Duncan family and dt, who married John Fishbach. Pg.40: 29 Feb. 1760, Ordered that John Sinclair, John Wright, *Charles Morgan Jul.,* and *John Duncan* or any three of them, being first sworn, appraise the slaves and personal estate of *Jacob Holtzclaw* decd. and return the appraisement to court. This raises a question as to whether same John Duncan (couple in area) or maybe his father. I have John Duncan & Elizabeth Holtzclaw married in circa "1762" ..Is that what you have ?
